• صورة من أخر ميزانية مرفوعة بنظام قوائم
• قائمة بالمشاريع موضح به (اسم المشروع _ القيمة_المدة_تاريخ البدء_نسبة الانجاز )
• صورة من شهادة التأمينات الاجتماعية
• بيان العمالة من مكتب العمل بصيغة اكسيل

• A copy of the commercial register and branches, if any
• A copy of the Memorandum of Association and all partners decisions (for partnerships only)
• A copy of the last budget submitted by the lists system
• List of projects showing (project name_value_duration_start date_completion rate)
• A copy of the social insurance certificate
• A statement of employment from the Labor Office, in Excel format
